Welcome to Young Bliss Life

Since this is my first post, ill introduce myself and the goal of my blog page. I'm a full time student from Detroit. I work 2 jobs with one enabling me to travel quite a bit. I'm 23 years old graduating this winter in Urban Studies with an minor in Global Studies. I'm going back for my certification in Clinical Lab Science and i have an Associates degree in Liberal Arts with my focus being Photography.

My goal for this blog is to share my interest from my own city to other cities and countries that i have been to. This blog might cover anything from; school, travel, fashion, popular events in the city. This blog should just be fun, girly, and just expressing my general interest. Possibly over time, i might focus more on what people are interested in here but as of right now, I'm just getting my feet wet!!! FYI This photo was from 2015, in Roatan, Honduras.

Our trip to Uvita, Costa Rica

  Since I'm new to the blog life, I might do a little recap on my past experiences. Last summer, I did study abroad in Costa Rica and had the opportunity to explore on our downtime. Some girls and I went to Uvita, Costa Rica. While we had A LOTTT of mishaps just trying to get to this place, we did eventually make it and it was beautiful. This area has a lot of expats but its a underdeveloped beach town. It's a little more expensive because it is a little more Americanized but most of the Pacific Coast is. If you want something a little more ethnic, I heard the Caribbean Coast is the best place for it. I personally didn't have the opportunity to go since we were traveling locally and mainly underdeveloped but if you have transportation, I'm sure its worth it. The best experience about being on the Pacific Coast was watching the sunset. It's definitely something I wouldn't trade for the world.     Pura Vida
